I am a mother of two, Chef, consultant, Recipe creator, External Chef instructor at Le Cordon Bleu, Sunway, Malaysia.
Born in Kerala, raised in Goa, India and lived across the globe and to finally make Malaysia my home for the last 24 years.
My love for cooking & spices grew over the years from missing home and memories of my happy go lucky childhood.
Through this culinary journey, I wrote cookbooks, hosted a cooking show on TV, went back to school to do my Diploma Program at Le Cordon Bleu Bangkok as well as a Diploma in Plant based program in Le Cordon Blue Malaysia. Proudly co-created one of its kind first ever Plant based culinary program in Asia at Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia.
Besides the cooking, 2024 saw many collaborations with brands restaurants. It was also the beginning of an exciting Culinary travel project in collaboration with Jrny On. Experience many more exciting travels to come in 2025 & 2026.
To present day I am learning everyday through explorations with food and travel and collaborations.

Usually Indian and Asian cooking require an inordinate amount of preparation, but she has managed to simplify the recipes without compromising the complex flavours associated with Indian cooking. Although she is a guest residing in Malaysia, we are so proud that she has chosen to publish this book here in Malaysia.

Great cooking book
I come from Spain and I have been interested and cooking Indian food for 40 years now. I own some beautiful paper cooking books, which I value for their recipes, photography and design, as I am a food lover, photographer, graphic designer and -only one- book author.

I received the book as gift - Love the personal feel in the book. It is like visiting the authors kitchen and learning from her. Every recipe has a story, and the recipes are easy to follow and practical! Can't wait to try all the recipes!
